Adam Pattisall
President and Chief Executive Officer
Adam Pattisall, age 40, founded IncrediTek in 2004 and began serving as President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his existing responsibilities, Mr. Pattisall founded Quality Fibers, LLC in 2006, a fiber optics product distribution company, and currently serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. If that isn’t enough, he also helped form AdaRon Tel, LLC in February of 2008. AdaRon Tel provides outside plant engineering services to tier 1 communications companies. Mr. Pattisall holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for AdaRon Tel and currently manages its contract administration and marketing efforts.
Prior to 2004, he served as Optical Sales Lead for the Verizon account while at Lucent Technologies and also held the title of Director of Customer Service and Support for the Metro Optical Networking Group. Before working for Lucent Mr. Pattisall held the position Director of Global Customer Service and Support for Cromatis. Mr. Pattisall is credited with patent number 6471413 for the development of a unique fiber optics dust protector; Alcatel-Lucent currently holds the rights.
During his nineteen years in the communications industry, Mr. Pattisall served as Director of Worldwide Service & Support for Ciena Corporation from 1995 through 1999 and also worked for Fujitsu.
Mr. Pattisall proudly served in the United States Army from 1987 to 1992 in its Satellite Communications Program, during his time in the military he held the rank of Sergeant from 1988 to 1992 in the Okinawa, Japan Battalion. Mr. Pattisall resides in Bel Air, MD with his wife of over 15 years and their three children.
Pamela Pippin
Chief Financial Officer
Pamela Pippin is currently Chief Financial Officer at IncrediTek Corporation. As CFO she is responsible for developing and overseeing the corporation’s financial planning, tax planning, accounting processes and developing human resource initiatives.
Before assuming her role with IncrediTek in 2007, Ms. Pippin held various financial management positions. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Pippin has served as Controller of a healthcare organization, Director of Finance for a non-profit organization and Vice President of Finance for an international manufacturing company. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is very involved in her community. Ms Pippin contributes her time to several non-profit organizations including the Special Olympics and Boy Scouts of America.
Ms. Pippin holds a C.P.A. and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware. She has finished 2 years towards her MBA at University of Baltimore.
Ms. Pippin lives in Harford County, Maryland with her husband and two children.
Jason Unkle
VP of Operations
Jason M. Unkle, VP of Operations for IncrediTek; orchestrates the bulk of the company’s daily operations. Mr. Unkle is also a constant communication line with IncrediTek’s largest customers -- resolving issues, negotiating work flow and keeping quality in line.
Mr. Unkle’s career in telecom began as an engineer with Orius Corporation in 1996. He held this position for nine years before becoming the Vice President of Engineering at Semo Group in 2005. In 2007, Mr. Unkle left Semo Group and started his own services firm. The same year he was offered the VP of Operations post with IncrediTek. Mr. Unkle accepted the position he holds today and merged his services organization with IncrediTek.
Solidly grounded in his community and a life-long resident of Maryland, Mr. Unkle currently resides in Carroll County with his wife of over nine years and his three children.
Brian Eisenhuth
Director of VAR Services
Brian Eisenhuth has been the Director of Value Added Reseller (VAR) Services at IncrediTek since 2007. As VAR Director, he oversees the daily operations of all reseller agreements between Verizon, Alcatel-Lucent and IncrediTek. Mr. Eisenhuth also manages the daily operations of IncrediTek’s logistics team; from material ordering and receiving to field deliveries. His role has been expanded to lead strategic focus of the companies IT Department and he oversees IncrediTek’s standards initiatives for TL9000 and ISO 9001:2000.
Mr. Eisenhuth has been in the telecommunications industry for over twelve years; taking his first post as a Quality Engineer with Ciena Corporation in 1997. While at Ciena, he was in charge of the inspections and testing of all Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems manufactured by the company before they were sent to the end customer.
Mr. Eisenhuth was promoted by Ciena in 1999 to the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer where he troubleshot customer issues as well as installed and turned up all “next generation” products manufactured by Ciena. He held this position with Ciena until 2007 when he joined IncrediTek.
Mr. Eisenhuth resides in Bel Air, MD with his wife of twenty-two years and his 2 children.
