Splicing
IncrediTek’s Advanced Fiber Splicing Service utilizes state-of-the-art fusion machines to maintain maximum efficiency and lower splice loss on every fiber span.  Our processes and highly skilled team enable us to delivers superior performance on your network.
 
Termination
IncrediTek utilizes state-of-the-art termination techniques to prevent light loss and decrease dirt and damage along fiber spans. Our team of professionals terminates each fiber optic cable with connectors to meet and exceed all industry standards.

Test
IncrediTek’s testing process verifies the integrity and capacity of your fibers through the measurement of key fundamental properties.  To do this the following four tests are performed on each fiber span:

• Fiber Continuity Test
  Ensures that a light path exists between two points and qualifies link loss between two nodes
• Fiber Characterization Test
  Employs an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) to locate events in a fiber optic span including the actual length, loss/km average, splice loss average and the overall fiber loss
• Chromatic Dispersion Test
  Determines total dispersion and fiber type of the optical links to discover the maximum speed that currently can be supported
• Polarization Mode Dispersion Test
  Completes the fiber characterization by highlighting physical disorders including mechanical stress, vibrations, installation twist and torsion, bend radiuses, and aggressive temperature deviations that affect the birefringence of the fiber optic cable.

At the conclusion of the tests, IncrediTek delivers a detailed report outlining all test results and giving you test gear set-up parameters prior to ordering and deploying your optical networking equipment.

Commissioning
The IncrediTek Commissioning Service is designed for those who have the staff to prepare the site, create the engineering design, and install the equipment, but desire our expertise in testing the product. This service offering includes:

• Program Management - Your commissioning project is managed from the development of a detailed project plan through final acceptance. (link to game board)
• Firmware Flashing and Equipment Configuration - We install the system software, perform internal configuration of the system, run software self-inspection, and perform relevant network optimization.
• System Verification and Acceptance Coordination - We conduct stand-alone equipment tests, link tests, and span tests, verify remote control and supervision of the equipment by the network management software, and verify alarm functionality. We also conduct system tests for trial runs and final acceptance runs to your specifications.

Engineer, Furnish & Install (EF&I)

Engineering & Design
IncrediTek prides itself on being able to respond quickly to shorten your time-to-revenue. We believe quality installation begins with quality Engineering. Live Traffic Rolls
IncrediTek’s team of experienced engineers will keep your network up and running so you can keep your business moving. Whether it’s taking old legacy circuits and rolling them onto new network equipment or turning up new services. IncrediTek consistently performs live traffic rolls without dropping traffic.

Rack Integration (Rack & Stack)
Pre-rack, pre-wire and prepare for turn up. Our team evaluates the condition of your installation location and collects relevant data required to get your site ready for operations. The resulting rack integration includes the equipment rack layout design, installation, and pre-cabling and wiring. It also identifies and allocates the required installation, fuse panels and test materials needed for turn-up.

Spares Management
IncrediTek’s Remote Spares Management Service provides spares inventory planning  and management services designed to improve network reliability by providing dependable and rapid spares dispatch (4hr, 8hr and NBD).  IncrediTek delivers the right pack to the right place at the right time.
